About Me

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health sector, I provide counselling and psychotherapy to help people navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.

I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin, where I was awarded the Una Burke Memorial Prize in developmental psychology for my research on neurodiversity. I later completed a BSc Honours Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at Middlesex University London, with my dissertation also focusing on neurodiversity. This reflects my deep passion for supporting individuals who identify as neurodiverse.

My career has included working in several hospitals and more recently for a mental health charity, experiences that gave me valuable insight into the many ways people cope with difficulties. I bring this knowledge into my practice, combining professional expertise with a compassionate, person-centred approach.

I work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, grief, family issues, and neurodiversity. My approach is grounded in building an authentic therapeutic relationship, offering a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
